"I have been a fitness client of Jaime’s for years! She is masterful! I knew she was also a nutrition coach, but I haven’t really had a need for nutritional consultation due to the fact that I am at a healthy weight and body composition, and I have better eating habits than most. But - I am genetically predisposed to VERY HIGH triple digit cholesterol. At the age of 56, I was beyond alarmed when I visited my primary care physician who informed me that I MUST go on Statins - STAT. I didn’t want to! So, I spoke with Jaime.
